Shipping policy

Processing & Production Times

All of our products are made-to-order. Once you place an order, it goes into production — this typically takes 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

After production, your order is packed and shipped. You’ll receive a notification with tracking information as soon as it leaves the facility.

Estimated Shipping Times

• United States: 5–10 business days after production

• International: 7–21 business days after production

  (Delivery times vary based on destination and local postal services.)

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally on most items. Some countries may charge customs or import duties upon arrival. Buyers are responsible for any such fees. Delays due to customs processing are outside our control.

Order Status and Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently ship to P.O. boxes within the United States.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
